Refurbishment work is well underway on an industrial/warehouse unit on Princesway, Team Valley. The unit was formally occupied as a print facility by BT and is now being returned to its former industrial/warehouse use.
The unit will offer circa 58,000 sqft of industrial/warehouse space with ancillary offices on a large secure site within a prime location on Team Valley Trading Estate.
