HTA Real Estate act on disposal of the Scania warehouse in Killingworth

HTA Real Estate's Capital Markets team have recently completed the disposal of the Scania warehouse in Killingworth on behalf of Rougemont Estates. The investment is securely let to Scania on a 10 year lease with 2 years unexpired at a rent of £90,000 per annum.

Douglas Cranston commented, 'This was a fantastic instruction to secure and be involved in. We managed to secure almost 20% ahead of quoting via a competitive bids process. The result shows how robust the private investor market remains particularly when there is 'value add' opportunities via asset management'.
