Steelcraft (NE) Ltd have taken a new lease on Unit 5 Tanfield Industrial Estate which extends to 16,043 sqft. The detached unit had been refurbished by Landlords Mileway to a good standard which meant that Steelcraft could move quickly to take occupation.

The Landlords Mileway were extremely proactive in refurbishing the units which has allowed us to secure 8 lettings with strong interest in the final building.
Steelcraft needed to move quickly from their existing property on Drum Industrial Estate which was possible at Tanfield due to the units being ready for immediate occupation after the refurbishment".
