Acting on behalf of Northern Trust industrial property specialists HTA Real Estate have secured the letting of Unit H Plymouth Road, West Chirton Industrial Estate, North Shields.
The unit which extends to 4,816 sqft has been acquired by outdoor adventure specialists CBK Adventures Ltd. The company organise a variety of water-based adventures from their Cullercoats HQ including Kayaking and Paddle Boarding expeditions along the Coast and the River Tyne.
