Work is well underway on phase 1 of Hillthorn Business Park in Washington. HTA Real Estate are appointed jointly with Avison Young on the scheme, where phase 1 comprises 7 high specification industrial/warehouse units from 21,550 sq ft up to 83,000 sq ft and a total of 362,600 sq ft.
Completion date is November this year and phase 2 is to follow. Nick is pictured on site with Leader of Sunderland City Council Graeme Miller, GMI’s North East Operation Director Gary Oates and Danny Cramman from Avison Young.
