The detached unit which extends to 36,345 sqft was the former HQ for Templeman Vending and Trading before they moved to a new 204,000 sqft HQ in Cramlington which HTA Real Estate acquired on their behalf.
Unit 2 Kings Park, Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead has been let to Elring Parts Ltd who supply parts to the Automotive Industry and have acquired the property as part of their strategic growth plans.
