North East Industrial/Warehouse Property Specialists HTA Real Estate have secured the final letting at Tanfield Lea South Industrial Estate on behalf of Mileway.
The 9 unit scheme totalled just over 100,000sqft with units ranging from 5,000sqft to 40,000sqft. The Landlords Mileway undertook a comprehensive programme of refurbishment on the units which has been rewarded by the fact that all 9 units have now been let.
Tenants include Evri, Howdens, Steelcraft (NE) Ltd and iPac with 90,000sqft having been previously let. HTA have now concluded a letting of the final 10,000 sqft at Unit 4 to Raven Valley C.I.C
Simon Hill Director at HTA Real Estate said " Mileway carried out a comprehensive refurbishment of the nine units, which had all previously been occupied by a single tenant, at Tanfield Lea and this has paid dividends with the estate now fully let to a very good mix on Tenants”.
