Prime Group has unveiled plans for an industrial scheme in Aycliffe Business Park. The Prime Point development will comprise two units totalling close to 80,000 sq ft.
HTA Real Estate have been appointed as joint agents on the development, which is located at Carlbury Road within the business park, just off to A167 and close to the A1(M).
Both of the units include ancillary office space and offer eaves heights of up to 12 metres, alongside 35 car parking spaces, including EV charging points.
