North East Industrial/Warehouse Property Specialists HTA Real Estate have completed the last letting on Phase 1 Jade Business Park.
The Phase 1 scheme comprised of 7 speculative units totalling 156,387 sqft and boast tenants including Sumitomo Electric, Power Roll, Argla and Corehaus.
Unit 4 which was the last remaining unit in the speculative scheme has been taken by Sphera Ltd who develop and manufacture green building products for the construction industry.
