Evri have taken a new lease on Unit 6 Tanfield Industrial Estate which extends to 10,959 sqft. The detached unit has been refurbished by Landlords Mileway to a good standard which meant that Evri were able to set up their distribution hubb to meet the Christmas demand.

The Landlords Mileway were extremely proactive in refurbishing the units which has allowed us to secure 8 lettings with strong interest in the final building.
Evri needed to move quickly from their existing property on Drum Industrial Estate which was possible at Tanfield due to the units being ready for immediate occupation after the refurbishment".
