Industrial /Warehouse Specialists HTA Real Estate have let a unit on White Street, Wallsend to Furniture Collection and Re-Distribution Community Interest Company Orange Box.
Set up in May 2016, Orange Box North East is a community led business, which identifies and responds to the issues of local people. The White Street unit will provide additional space to compliment the companies current property located on Brough Park.
Russell Taylor, Director at HTA Real Estate said " Having been agents on the Brough Park scheme we knew Orange Box and were keen to help them secure additional space to help their business. The unit on White Street was ideal for their requirement and we are sure it will work well for them going forward".
