HTA Real Estate have secured a new tenant for a 7,919 sqft semi detached unit on Ninth Avenue, Team Valley Trading Estate.
Green Deal First Ltd have taken a new lease on the property for a term of 5 years.
Russell Taylor a Director at HTA Real Estate said " Team Valley is a strong market for occupiers due to its close proximity to the A1 and Newcastle. We had a good level of interest in the unit but Green Deal First moved quickly to secure the property".
