An exciting milestone has been reached as steelwork is being erected at Turbine Business Park. This landmark means that construction is on track for a September 2022 completion date for the four speculative industrial/warehouse units ranging from 20,000 sqft to 68,250 sqft.
The units are being constructed to a high specification with eaves heights up to 10m on the larger units and a mixture of dock and level access doors.
HTA Real Estate are delighted to have been instructed to market the units and can confirm that there is already strong interest in the development.
