LV Shipping who occupy Unit B Infinity Park are expanding their presence at Monkton Business Park after securing Unit C, Infinity Park which extends to 10,852 sqft.
The acquisition extends LV’s warehousing presence on the estate to 26,956 sqft.
Simon Hill, Director at HTA Real Estate said "It is good news for the estate that LV have extended their presence at Monkton".
