North East Industrial/Warehouse Property Specialists HTA Real Estate have been instructed to market nine Industrial Units at Tanfield Lea South Industrial Estate on behalf of Mileway.
The scheme totals just over 100,000sqft with units ranging from 5,000sqft to 40,000sqft. The Landlords Mileway are currently undertaking a comprehensive programme of refurbishment on the units
HTA Real Estate have had early success with 3 units having been let to Renovo Solutions Ltd and Maveco Stone Machinery Ltd.
