North East Industrial/Warehouse property specialists HTA Real Estate have secured three new lettings on Mileway's Glover Industrial Estate, Washington.
The units ranged from 4,288 sqft up to 5,134 sqft and were let within a 3 month period to new tenants CL Tyres Ltd, Industrial Maintenance (North East Ltd) and Neil Hood Bespoke Ltd
The three lettings means that the estate of 16 units on Tower Road is now fully let.
