North East Industrial & Warehouse Property Specialists HTA Real Estate, who are based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, have lifted the CoStar - North East Industrial "Most Active Disposal Agent" for both 2020 and 2021 to sit alongside the award for "Most Active Single Branch Agency Acquisition & Disposal" also for 2020 and 2021.
