Acting with the SIA Group Industrial/Warehouse Property Specialists HTA Real Estate have agreed the freehold sale of the former Harpers Environmental depot on Bentley Avenue, Billingham, to Omnia Machinery.
The site extended to 0.927 ha (2.29 acres) and provided a secure fenced yard with small workshop and office situated on the eastern side of Bentley Avenue at its junction with Macklin Avenue on the Cowpen Lane Industrial Estate, Billingham.
