Industrial/warehouse property specialists HTA Real Estate have completed the letting of the last available unit on Mileway’s Tanfield Lea scheme. CM Retro have taken a new lease on Unit 2, Tanfield Industrial Estate, Tanfield.
The unit extends to 10,055 sqft and was recently refurbished by the Landlord prior to CM Retro taking occupation. The final letting on the estate means that HTA Real Estate have let nine units on the estate totalling circa 100,000 sqft to tenants such as Howdens and Evri.
Nick Atkinson, Director at HTA Real Estate said " The Landlord's investment in refurbishing these units has proved a positive decision as we have now secured tenants for the nine units which all came back to the market at the same time".
