We recently hosted a highly successful agent’s launch event at Follingsby Park to showcase some of the recently refurbished industrial units on the estate.
The event was very well attended by regional industrial agents, who took part in the remote control mini forklift truck challenge and competed on driving simulators to win the fastest lap time.
Follingsby Park, which is owned by Legal & General UK Property Fund (L&G), has recently been re-branded and a number of the units are undergoing refurbishment as part of an ongoing investment drive.
Follingsby Park comprises over 1.1m sq ft of industrial floorspace and last year secured six new occupiers who took a total of 88,700 sq ft of space including DFS, Transvalair, Ashtead plc and Shred-It. Unit 17A, a 33,726 sq ft warehouse and Unit 14, a 37,770 sq ft unit, have both been recently refurbished and are available on a leasehold basis with quoting rents of £4.60 and £5.10 per sq ft respectively. HTA will soon be announcing further lettings on the estate.
