Industrial and Warehouse specialists HTA Real Estate have agreed a letting of 20/22 Brough Park Trading Estate, Newcastle Upon Tyne to DLSB Ltd.
The property totaling 23,736 sq. ft and occupying a prominent corner location with frontage to Fossway has been refurbished ready for DLSB's occupation.
The estate is asset managed by Peloton Real Estate on behalf of the owners Blackrock and has a wide spread of occupiers Dulux, Howdens and Eyre & Elliston.
DLSB Ltd are a successful locally based online women’s fashion retailer.
