Industrial/Warehouse property specialists HTA Real Estate have secured the sale of a large former food production facility in Peterlee, County Durham. The building extends to 180,000 sq ft on a 16 acre site and has been sold to Yorkshire based investor Prospect Estates who will undertake a refurbishment and re-letting. Richard Scott, Director at HTA Real Estate said “We were delighted to finalise the sale of this property and look forward to seeing the property brought back into beneficial use”
