Exciting times at Turbine Business Park, Washington as ground is broken at the start of the construction of four speculative industrial/warehouse units.
The industrial/warehouse units range from 20,000 sqft up to 68,250 sqft and will be ready for occupation in September 2022.
The units will be built to a high specification with eaves heights up to 10m on the larger units and a mixture of dock and level access doors.
