Acting on behalf of Chancerygate, Industrial and Warehouse property specialists HTA Real Estate have secured a new letting on a 10,000 sqft warehouse unit at Brunswick.
The warehouse unit which is located close to the Airport on the west side of Newcastle has been let to a national courier service.
