A new tenant for Cathedral Park, Belmont, Durham has been secured by industrial/warehouse property specialists HTA Real Estate which adds to the mix of existing tenants. Independent Conveyor Belt Specialist Capital Belting have acquired Unit 17 Cathedral Park which extends to 5,150 sqft.
