Units can be built to meet required size and specification criteria. The sites identified are allocated for employment and are suitable for B1 (Light Industrial) B2 (General Industrial) and B8 (Storage & Distribution) uses.
Lionheart Enterprise Park is located off the A1 immediately south of Alnwick, adjacent to the BP petrol filling station and McDonalds. The largest development sites are on the newly created Larch Drive. Other land is available on Ash Close and Chestnut Close. Other occupiers on the estate include Howdens, Screwfix, MKM, Mole Country Stores, John Deere and Blackshaws Nissan.
