A number of companies were shortlisted for the award including Cushman & Wakefield, Naylors & Bradley Hall.
The judge’s comments as to why we were chosen were as follows…
HTA Real Estate secured deals on more than 1.5m sq ft of industrial space in the North East last year, including the acquisition of a manufacturing site for Godfrey Syrett in Durham. The judges felt HTA is a highly professional, outward-facing agency that is growing significantly. They were also impressed by the fact that HTA is highly proficient in identifying opportunities in a challenging market.
Despite a slow year across the market in 2016 HTA Real Estate completed over 50% of the larger scale industrial deals in the North East for the second year running.
